Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are a consumer (i.e., purchasing for purposes that are mainly not attributable to your trade, business or profession), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason — subject to the exceptions below.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods, if you ordered goods in one order and they are delivered together;
• you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the last good, if you ordered multiple goods delivered separately;
• you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the last partial shipment or last piece, if goods are delivered in parts.

How to exercise the right

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back — whichever is earlier.

Return of goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Diminished value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions / expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire early, in particular for:

• Custom-made or personalized goods made to your specifications.
• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (downloads), once performance has begun after you have given your express prior consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

For digital downloads we provide access immediately after purchase. During checkout we will ask for the required consent/acknowledgement where applicable.
